Description
This monoliths one of the many that make up the canyon walls. This image was captured a little while after sunrise where the early morning sun turns the rocks a warm reddish hue and leaves the shadows deep and dark.
I was going through Canyon D'Shelly with a Navajo Guide. Canyon D'Shelly is located just outside Chinle, Arizona.
